Healing often begins with the simple desire to understand yourself more deeply and to feel freer in your life. My work supports people in exploring the emotional patterns, inner conflicts, and past experiences that shape how they feel and respond today.

I offer two complementary approaches—Internal Family Systems (I am Level 1 trained through the IFS Institute in May 2026) and Healing Key Way—both designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, release emotional burdens, and create lasting change from the inside out.

Sessions & Fees

Sessions are $120 per session and are available by phone or Zoom.

I am paneled with several insurance carriers, and insurance may be used for Internal Family Systems therapy sessions when applicable. If you have questions about coverage, we can discuss options before scheduling.

Payment for private-pay sessions is due at the time of service.

Accepted forms of payment:
Venmo, MasterCard, and Visa.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.
