About Beth
My path into this work began in 2004 when I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) and began practicing as a therapist. Early in my career, I worked in community mental health and private practice, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional healing. Those years of clinical work gave me a deep respect for the courage it takes for people to seek support and begin looking inward.
Over time, I was introduced to Healing Key Way, an alternative approach to healing that I initially explored for my own anxiety. After just a few sessions, I experienced a profound shift. The work not only eased my anxiety but also helped dissolve long-standing internal barriers that had kept me from living in alignment with the life I envisioned.
In 2016, I chose to pursue formal training in the Healing Key Way system—first to support my own continued healing, and eventually to offer it as a complementary option for my clients. During my practicum, several of my counseling clients agreed to try this approach. It was during this time that I witnessed the depth and efficiency of the work. I saw clients experience meaningful internal shifts in just a few sessions that might otherwise take much longer through traditional therapy alone.
Today, I integrate my background in counseling with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Healing Key Way, offering an approach that supports deep emotional healing, clarity, and lasting transformation.
My Approach
I consider it a true honor to be invited into someone’s healing journey.
My intention in every session is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. I come to this work from the heart, with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.
Each of us carries different parts of ourselves—some that feel confident and hopeful, and others that may carry fear, pain, or self-doubt. All of these parts deserve to be heard and understood. In our work together, my goal is to create an environment where every part of you is welcome.
When people feel safe enough to be authentic and open, real healing can begin. My role is to walk alongside you with care and respect as you explore your inner world, reconnect with your own wisdom, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
